You’ll Need:
1 pack Wonder® Classic English Muffins, split
¾ cup milk
3 large eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tbsp butter, divided
Maple syrup for serving
Powdered sugar for serving, if desired
Follow these steps:
Place Wonder® English Muffin halves in a baking pan on a single layer.
Beat together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Pour mixture over the English Muffins, turning once to coat. Let stand 20 minutes.
Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Melt half of the butter and add 3 English Muffin halves. Cook until the bottoms are slightly golden (3-4 minutes). Turn to cook other side. Transfer to a plate, then repeat with remaining English Muffin halves.
Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar, if desired
