Summer is just around the corner, and nothing says summer nights more than s’mores! And with Wonder® English Muffins, this sweet staple is made even better. Break out the marshmallows and chocolate chips, and get ready for some toasted, gooey goodness!

Toasty, Gooey Goodness—S’more, Please!

Every once in a while, a recipe comes along that makes us think, “wait—why weren’t we doing it this way the whole time?” These s’mores totally changed summer snacking for us—and they will for you, too. We’ve always been fans of traditional s’mores, with toasty marshmallows and melty chocolate chips, what’s not to love? With Wonder® English Muffins, your family will get a delicious boost of flavor, with an added bonus of neat and easy snacking. Here’s a little tip—sprinkle on a handful of thinly sliced nuts to get an extra crunch!

You’ll Need:

  • 1 pack Wonder® English Muffins (chocolate or classic), split

  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup toppings of your choice (chocolate candy, chocolate chips, pretzels, graham cracker)

Follow these steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Set Wonder® English Muffins halves onto a baking sheet. Spread peanut butter and chocolate spread on English Muffins halves. Top with miniature marshmallows, and toppings of your choice (chocolate candy, chocolate chips, pretzels, graham cracker, toasted nuts).

  3. Bake for 2 minutes.

  4. Once marshmallows brown, they’re ready to eat. Serve while hot, and enjoy!
